My husband to be is very impressed with Covershots because they were not pushy at all during the time that we visited. They were also very patient with us even if we asked them a lot of questions and asked to see their gowns. They explained everything to us in detail. And when we told them we needed more time to decide, they told us to take our time.

I am a bit disappointed with the photos they took during the AD. The reason we signed up at Covershots is because we were very confident with the skills of their photographers, Jean Lam and Jason. However, we found out at the last minute that they resigned and they were replaced by new photographers who took our photos.
