The service and response very slow. Been informed by staff nurse the MO not around coz have to attend another patient. Only 1 MO available at emrgency. I've spend the whole day just to hear the this reason after 8 hrs in waiting list. The worst customer experience ever! Sorry..... 19th Decmber 2017

When you are sick, you either get yourself medical card or debit/credit card with you. They do not have ATM machine facility. I'm at Medical Record Dept, I need to wait at the Emergency Reception to make payment. The staffs are great but process need some reworked.

Affordable price, good doctor but the services is too slow. I stay in the deliver room for around two hours AFTER I give birth because the room was not ready!

Strategically located in Cheras,this private hospital it is near the Aeon Cheras.. So, can go shopping while waiting fo appointment

The outpatient is rubbish..Wait about 30 mins to be attended to, wait another 30 mins to pay and wait another 1 hour to talk to the doctor and they only have one doctor! worst than a gov. hospital!

Quite bad service, q almost 4hours to meet paed dr, same goes to admission procedure, wait around 2hrs just to get bed ready, too bad, single bedroom are full, cant use insurance entitlement overhere.

I am not happy with the service at this hospital. 1. Nurse counter & Customer Service 'kelam kabut' 2. On the 2nd day of admission, my daughter was not been served with a dinner which supposed to reach her at 6pm. When I came to the hospital at 9pm, my daughter cried and told me that she has not eaten any food and was starving to death waiting for me. She has told the nurse in charge but the nurse offered her a biscuit, she never take biscuit for her dinner. I am very furious because the nurse never bother to check or replace the food which was not given. I am very furious when I reached the hospital, my daughter still did not have her dinner yet. EVEN GH can serve the food accurately on time. 3. Matron Lai Bin Chiang did not monitor the nurses & doesn't seem to know anything about the incident until I told her and The Regional General Manager the next day at 5.30pm 4. Communication breakdown between F& B and the Nurses As a summary, this hospital service is below par and do not deserve any star at all.
