Classic Inn KL

Actually I didn't stay at this hotel but i wanna write a review. I lost my way to a hotel I had booked in Kuala Lumpur. even the battery was dead. I entered to this hotel with the wrong address, and the receptionist of this hotel searched the correct address of the hotel I had booked. And he called the hotel to confirm my reservation. And he made a map for me. i wasn't even a guest of the hotel. he was really kind and friendly! if you didn't help me i would have had the worst experience in Malaysia. if i visit to Malaysia again, I will definitely stay at this hotel! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

This is a great value hotel. Very close to the Imbi monorail station, and the directions to get to the hotel given on the website are very easy to follow. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is small and very basic, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is a rainfall shower head, which is pretty cool! However, the shower, sink, and toilet are all together in a very tight space with no shower curtain, so expect that everything will get wet when you take a shower. There is free hot breakfast, and it is very good. There was a problem with one of the gates not unlocking with the key cards during my stay, so it was left unlocked and anyone could get in. However, the rooms themselves were secure with key card entry and a deadbolt. I'm sure the problem with the gate will be fixed soon:) Stayed June 2015, travelled solo Less
