Staff cimb bank bahagian customer service, kaunter membuka akaun sangat2 peramah, berdedikasi dalam menjalankan tugas..syabas diucapkan

please open all cimb branches at the normal time, it is ridiculous when branches are closed at 1 pm whereas the whole country's economic sectors are already open, it is really inconveniencing the public who wants to conduct banking transactions.

thank you to HP department at 1st floor..the staff is very friendly and helpful..i was there to settle my moratorium reply. but on the other hand, when i visited the ground floor, i m quite shocked to see the all staff wearing casual attire, some more in Friday. it would be appropriate for bank's staff to wear something decent especially the muslim staff...should wear a jacket to cover slim tight tshirt and jeans..sorry to say.
