My daughter when she joined 1yr ago, from not able to speak to now a bubbly little girl that can't stop talking with fully constructed sentence! Her expression and explanation on things were really creative and accurate which leave us speechless on most occasions. This shows she is well thought on her comprehension on things! She is always happy and smiling whenever we went to pick her up, and she would always tell us on what she did in school including her interactions with her friends and teachers. This shows how comfortable and happy she is with the environment! Highly recommended if you are looking for a nursery with very enthusiastic and dedicated to child development! Love their way of teaching, focusing on teaching your children How to Learn which is essential and fundamental for your child growth! Can't thank them enough for their dedication and care for my daughter over the past 1yrs !

Choo choo childcare centre is a nice institution, could have been the perfect choice for kids. The only down side of its Ara Damansara branch is its Principal, Ms. Liz. She is not children friendly at all and very non-professional. The reason she forced me to take my daughter out of this branch is that my daughter screams, shouts and dont follow directions which is violating institution environment (Though I dont know how someone expect to a 19 months that she can follow direction). But the most horrible thing is she show me a video of my daughter as proof of her crying. In that video Liz took away her from the group of toddler while their learning session is going on. The reason is that my daughter making noise. And lock up her in principal room though Liz was also in the room. Then she took a video in that my daughter is crying, screaming and pointing at the door. How humiliating and non- professional behaviour! Its her duty to pacify her thats why they called professional! I dont know how many times she did that. When I saw the video at that moment I decided to withdraw her from Lizs care. I asked for the video but she did not give me. And also their most teacher cant communicate in English though they said communication medium is English. I think they are ok for local but not for international.Frequently write wrong information in the daily baby log book. I never expect this kind of things from a day care centre like Choo Choo, I went there only because of their reputation and my convenience. Now I really regret why I select Choo choo for my precious daughter.

My little boy, Aidan has been going to Choo Choo Train since 4mo. 5 months passed and thru his expression and actions (jumping over from me to the teachers every morning), I can see that he is happy and excited to go to Choo Choo Train. I have transferred him from Setia Alam center to Mutiara Center due to relocation. There is no issue along the way, the quality of the teachers are consistent. They are all very patient and caring. Environment is cozy and clean. The teachers also promptly update the status of my little one via whatsapp and sending me pictures which cheer my days when I am at work. Highly recommended!

My child's beaming face each time I fetched her in the evenings tells me how happy she was at Choo Choo Train. Her development in all angles during her 2 years spent there is excellent - faster than I anticipated. To top it, there are teachers who are qualified nurses to care for your child in times of need. Each day I send my child, my mind was always at ease knowing she was in good hands. The love and care the teachers showered on her is more than I could ask for. Keep up the good work Teachers! Please know that you are appreciated and will always be remembered as part of my child's growing up
