Not worth for the price for this type of service, definitely can get better service around this area. Initially i plan to just ignore it as i thought may be just myself have the unfortunate event happened to me. After the conversation with them it pissed me off. I strongly belief all parents should think twice when making decision to send your kids over. What was promised before will have delivery issues, you need to keep asking them on it for feedback. When during infant care, the teachers were very attentive but when he went up to play group 1, the teachers are not so attentive anymore. My son was bitten with FOUR bite marks on his body and one on his hand on his 1st day to play group 1. When we question the teacher what has happened, we were told that the teacher was not aware of the body bite marks and maybe the bite marks were there before he went to the daycare. How ridiculous is this, the bite marks are fresh looking. They even say they have try to prevent it by having the child stay next to the teacher, and this clearly shows vice versa. (Imagine if we did not pointed out and capture all the pictures of the bite marks, what will they say). I got another friend's kid from the same center also facing similar problem where the teacher blamed that the little one scratch his/ her face himself/ herself and not their problem (NEVER their problem if anything happened as expected). I know it is normal for children to have scratch mark or bite mark when there is more kids playing around but I dislike the way how they handle the issue by putting the blame back on the children. We have withdraw our son from there shortly after the issue. We was told to give one month notice for withdrawal before we can get back our deposit by end of the following month. When we check with the principal by last day of Dec, she told my wife by end of another month only we will get our refund which was not as promised. When i make a call to her again then only she inform me that they are in the process of refunding. Totally lack of trustworthy, how to aspect the parent to have the confidence to send your kids over there if you know this is how they handle the situation.
