It was such a horrible experience for me, I have an appointment at 10 am and we were informed to come as early as 9.30 am to get the covid-19 test. When i first came to the centre, then i found so many people were queuing here and suprisingly they were all foreign workers. Oh gosh! You should not do this, If your client appointment was 10 AM, then you should keep that promise. I don’t really care actually if i need to que with the forein workers or whatsoever. But, this is totally wrong. If i know the situation will be like this, I would rather to get my swab test at another place. This is our right as your client, I have the right to say this. If i was to give star, i’ll go with zero. No star for you guys, please improve all of your service. Do not just blindly took our money and treat your client like this again in the future. Thank you.

called many times to 79802061/79802079 but nobody attend to my call. Just keep playing advertisement on the phone. What kind of service is BP Healthcare providing? Very dissapointed with the poor customer service.

I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for my report. When I called up for an immediate assistance to provide the same to my correct email(which I found there is a typo made earlier by the company) I have to wait another round for the report. By the way the mobile number and contact number given is not helpful at all as it is always on dialling tone. Very disappointed.
