Hi they charge me so high rm880.00 but I didn't get to see the doctor, they said he was busy n need to come back another day, the girl at the counter kept me standing there n explaining where evey1 could here my personal health issues.. very unprofessional

Open at 7:30 am and RT-PCR test start from 8 am

No blood results after one week even simple blood ix. Staff not diplomatic when informing patient. No blood results for doctor’s review. Very frustrating

Went for PCR test. Lousiest BP I’ve ever been to and I’ve been frequenting BP all over Klang Valley. Couldnt travel interdistrict so had to make do with this. Whoever manages this center should be fired. No proper lining up area, just stand ard the block. The doctors and staff very good but can see no proper area provided for them to work. My old father was basically sitting with the sun shining on him. Pity the doctor who had to do swab test with her ppe under the hot sun without even a fan. Very uncoordinated and can only blame whoever that’s in charge. I would rate this place one star but for the staff/doctor/nurses there.
