I have bought a 85 inch Samsung TV from your Homedec promotion. The TV goes on and off as it likes since the first day I turned it on. Excellent before n after sales service within the same hour.
Issue - device cannot switch on after purchase n brought home.
Sales Manager responsibly took it back to check n rectified it. He then self-delivered to the nearby hotel where I was staying evethough it was passed 10pm.
Most importantly, customer's problem solved, but it was not device problem.
