Service so slow. If you know that you cannot served all of your customer, then mind to tell them your limit per day. Bukannya suruh orang balik lepas dah berjam jam customer tunggu. How you guys manage this ?

The service is excellent, the staff is so friendly but sometimes the system is slow and they cannot handle the high traffic in websites
