DRs are alright but the nurse was very rude. We arrived early and the doctor hasn't arrived yet. The nurse instead of inviting us to sit and wait but she questioning us why we come so early, the doctor has not arrived yet. To a customer, so long we arrived during the operation hours and we don't mind to wait at the reception, what is the problem for her? May be she feel like we are there and she can't make private calls. We feel so unwelcome.

The nurse who was registering had flu, wearing no mask, due to lack of the air circulation system, and many different virus in the close environment , I waited for more than 30 min outside, (as the nurse told me there is 1 kids before you) ! When I asked when is my turn comes out I still have to wait forever! Definitely easy to get sick while you are waiting, and worse registering system ever!

Seen her once, you know youre in good hands the moment you walk in and she starts talking.

Dr Ranjini first impression of her. She is a very approachable lady, someone whom you will NOT dislike at first sight and is very kid friendly, somehow a sternness somewhere but it was all good. She asked, she listened, she observed, she tried to engage him in play and work only to be met by a boy who prefers to jump down from her chair, rummage her table instead of the table set out for him. Obsessed with certain puzzle pieces, trying to squeeze into her couch, hopefully he can just blend right in or something like that.  It was a very reasonable fee she charged us for that 1.5hr session compared to Dr Quack. I really hope karma will hit him back on prowling on parents like us. Dr Ranjini informed us that she will be sending the report in a week or two, so now we are waiting again, for her diagnosis.

What a nice looking place! There is a spacious, clean waiting area with lots of nice clean looking toys. There was a play kitchen, a vacuum cleaner, a doll and its pram, books and child sized furniture to keep your little ones happy while waiting. What I liked most is that the clinic door is always kept locked for the little ones safety. Meaning they cant just run out and no one can just poke an arm in and grab a kid. The best bit has to be the receptionists desk. Its cleverly constructed to look like one of Britains iconic red double decker buses. The drivers compartment actually works. Connor was delighted, opening the door to climb in and sit inside, driving the bus. We saw Dr Chow Su Lin. Shes young ish.. must be about my age or perhaps younger. I was there on a quiet weekday so we had a good talk about Connors development. When I voiced my concerns about Connors speech development, she listened to my fears and asked questions before deciding Connor was on track and there was nothing to worry about. We talked about Connors physical development too and I also confessed there was nothing I could do about Connors refusal to drink plain water. This is what I want in my doctor. Someone I can discuss my concerns with. Not someone who brushes my fears off because I am a layman. I may not have gone to medical school but this is my child, I am the main caregiver and if I have any valid concerns, I want them to be heard by my doctor.
