Try to make an appointment early in the morning to find out that customer service is very bad to a point that the receptionist even comment about my social life. Understanding making a last minute appointment is unmanageable since its Sunday and it's fully booked, but that is not the way to talk and handle customer like to ask customer wake up early next time or else do not make an appointment. Maybe the doctor is very professional to his job but I'm not convinced to visit. I'd rather search for others. It's the company's lost to have such employees. Just saying.

Patients PELASE BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS! The doctor told my mom that she doesn't need any eye drop / medication. When we make payment the Chinese lady at the counter so call the boss wife gave some kind of eye drops and gave the receipt written 'Billing Type: NORMAL PATIENT - RM190.00. So we thought the eye drops was prescribed from the doctor and made payment.

Then in second thought my mom confronted with the doctor, and the doctor was surprise and ask who give us the eye drop?

As we don't need the eye drop, we confronted at the counter The staff counter told us no return once medications are paid. The worst thing was the Chinese lady went hiding in the room and let the innocent staff to face us.

This Chinses lady has no wright to prescribed and eye drops. This unethical action is putting the patient in danger.

The consultation fee cost RM100 only as my father been there a few days ago before my mom appointment. Hence, this so called eye drops of 15 strips cost RM90. Please take not the strips no packing, no name.
