Problem with appointment.. The receptionists and those girls walking around couldnt be of any help that could not take on simple enquiry other than just telling your patients 'tunggu, tunggu / not sure/ tak tau"!

Chinese staff at the reception speaks rudely to their patients, despite coming first time for eye checkup. Advance vision management should seriously look into this matter because most of the patients are elderly and not everyone can speak English and/or Malay. The staff should be more considerate and not pulling long face and speak rudely to their patients. Don't forget we are paying for your service, not to see your attitude.

I was even given with expired eye drops but the dr tried to mislead me about the way to read expiring date but I was not fooled by them and insisted a new bottle. The beautiful lady at the counter was always not friendly !

With doubt, Dr. Yeoh is friendly and experienced. But, as other may have mentioned, problems with appointment. My mother got rescheduled at least 3 times for her cataract surgery. I notice all the eye drops like Maxidex, Zymar and Artelac given by this clinic are near to expiry date (about 4 months before expiration). I search internet and found that the shelf life for such eye drops are usually 20 months. Don't know the reason but feeling uncomfortable about this. Got one new staff give me wrong instruction for using eye drop, luckily I read the instruction inside pack, don't know who will responsible if anything happen to my mother's eye.

Bad attitude of staff, appointment was useless, even you have punctual to reach the clinic and register, but you still nid to waiting there few hours for no reason !!! My operation was decided on a certain date, everything has arrange, take leave for the date, but a call to me, sry to postpone my surgery operation, and I had to arrange all my schedule? Other people time are not precious? Disappointed for it!!! I see there are many bad review for this page, but seen like no any staff or Dr. Yeoh have take it as serious ....

The charges for procesure is considered the cheapest in town. The doctor also very experienced and done the procedure in friendly manner.HOWEVER, the after operation/procedure check-up are very troublesome, hassle and inefficiently. So far, I have gone through 3 scheduled post-operation check-up. All with appointment fixed (10am Saturday). Need to come 10-15 minutes earlier for counter registration. Had to wait more than 1 hour before my name was called-up for post operation check-up. Cant go anywhere and need to wait while wondering when your turn will be called upon. It seems like majority of post operation patient had been given the same appointment time (10am).They should improve a lot their customer service and customer waiting-system. At least if they give us the waiting number, we could know our sequence or can estimate timing before our name will be call-up.I still got another 2 appointment of post-operation check-up to go... Hopes by the time, they already improves it.

My mum in law has cataract surgery appointment at 1pm today. the staff asked us to come at 12.30pm. v arrived puctually b4 the time mentioned but after waiting for 1hr+, it was still not her turn. the problem is when u asked us to be punctual but y the the surgery is not on time? when v asked the staff how long some more v need to wait, she showed the notice on the wall which meant if u cannot wait then u can change to other appointment date. OMG i'm talking about SURGERY. if u cannot take the load of such patients, y dun u gv us other appointment? instead of giving appointment but still make us wait for no reason.
