Please don't get caught with this unprofessional, scam company. They will promise you and say you will get maid A at B date. Whenever you follow up...they will tell a lot of lies abt the maid whereabouts. After almost 2.5 months dealing with this company we were told we wont be able to get the earlier agreed maid and not given an estimate time of when the maid will arrive. When we said we dont wish to continue their servive the owner shouts and hangs up the phone, says only answers calls 9 to 5. It is so unfortunate that people like this are given license. Oh not to forget all the insults the I assume owner Sidhar throws when I question her timeline (keeps changing story everytime I communicate with her). Keeps saying 2 weeks and prolongs to 1 month. Says she will give us the maid of Dr Puvan because he is not chasing her like us. The fact is after almost 2.5 months we dont want to deal with the maid supplied by this con agency and end up with more problem because clearly they are not delivering as spoken. To make matters worst the person running this company says if we have a problem with the maid after 1 month they will not refund. Clearly...they have the ability to chuck some problematic maid to us and then run away with our Rm 13500...they are already showing their true colours after holding Rm 5 000 dowmpayment.

I cant believe what you have written is exactly what i went through with this company last year... exact same story line... he was extremely rude and vulgar. Im waiting for karma to strike back!! Please dont go to this company... i also lost my downpayment rm6k
