I've surveyed few centres before deciding to confirm my stay at Yuan Yuan.
The reason i decided to stay here is the package they offered n at a reasonable price, compared w those rm10k centres. Secondly is the location (I've always wanted a centre near my house). Last, is that I'd prefer a confinement centre in a "house".
I wouldn't say they have 5star hotel chef nor professional nurse/care taker in the centre.
From my personal experience of spending 28 days here, they took good care of my 5 meals per day, they are open for discussion for the food that i requested n just about anything. Yes, I'm very fussy about my food (my mum is very particular over my confinement diet!). I'm glad i was given chance to decide the food that i want to eat. LOL. My fav dish are sesame chicken, basil chicken (credits to Bo Jie), black pepper pork n signature dish~ serai steam fish!! I will not get the same food (except vege lar, not much choice!) unless i requested! The food they serve may not look presentable (cos not 5star hotel mar), but they were all fresh, tasty n yummy!!
Oh ya, they served me continuous of two-weeks Chinese herbs ( i dunno wats the name!)
Again, they don't hire professional nurse that u may find in other centre, what they have in the centre are experienced, friendly n polite local Chinese aunties and also Filipino helpers. They care for my baby as though was their baby. I would say the helpers are caring n gentle in taking care of babiesss. Yes! during my stay, they have 5 babies! In my opinion, why would they need professional nurse?
My 6yo son stayed with me over the weekend! And they were so thoughtful n made him simple dinner !! Thanks to Aunty Jo!
This place is highly recommended to those considering to spend their confinement at a centre!
