I think Ben did a great job. My hair is thin and not much volume, so I can't carry many styles especially when I wanted straight hair with volume. Ben managed to give me what I wanted, he maintained my straight hair, fixed the color on my hair and gave me C-curls so that my hair has more volume. This is my first time getting my hair permed and I'm very happy with the outcome. The price is reasonable too
