I attended the wonderful 21 day course. It helped undo many misconceptions I had on how certain poses should be done and also improved my overall posture.. I find myself more mindful of each pose and more focused. The routines turn into a form of moving meditation. I will definitely continue to practise and hopefully progress! Completely hooked! A fantastic experience!

I just finished Shilpa's 21 day yoga course and I am "hooked." After doing yoga for 15 years including getting my yoga teacher training and attending many yoga workshops/trainings over the years...I feel like I have finally found the yoga that is for me. A yoga that is meditation in movement, flowing, accessible, mindful, full of ease and grace and healing mentally and physically. I went back to my old yoga class right afterwards and struggled as I missed the beautiful graceful flow that Shilpa teaches and shares with her students. I highly recommend and have been telling everyone about it. I loved it so much that I am getting my 300 hour teacher training with Shilpa. It was a beautiful journey and one I look forward to continuing.
