White Perfect Dental Surgery

The first time I went few months back, I made an appointment and still needed to wait for abt an hour. Today I reached your clinic at 9.50 am, the dentist only came in at almost 10am (Opening hours starts from 9.30). Was told if I wanted to check I had to wait for who knows how many hours because appointments were full and there's only one dentist in today during the peak season before CNY. You might as well put a disclaimer on your website or page to inform people that walkins are not allowed and appointment times may vary up to at least an hour because that seems to be the track record I've been experiencing. Perhaps you could try improving your time management or booking system. Your time may be important but so are your customers' time. Won't be coming back to this clinic again.
