The service bad, at the emergency administration check need to be friendly. Slow service from doctor, don't come in Public holiday I guess I am not only one commenting on service

My grandma was in and out of BOTH Western Medical Department and Chinese Department. We only face problem with the western department as the Nurses are very unprofessional and the doctor Mr Yap B.H was very arrogant to my grandma caretaker and unprofessional as well. I'm not here to shame both the hospital and the doctor but what I have experienced here is just too much. The situation is that my grandma wasn't looking well as usual and her caretaker went out to call the nurse to make sure that she's okay, instead of calling the doctor over she keep insisting that my grandma was only tired and at the end the doctor suspected that my grandma has 2nd stroke and did not take action according the issue.

The service and doctor in this hospital is really poor and not professional nowadays. The doctor asked my client to come for report yesterday, but they are not ready and the way she explained was just simply and not professional. Is this what the patient should get after paying so much? I thought my client is the only one who receive such service from your hospital, but after reading all the negative comments posted, I think your hospital should make alot of improvements. It seems go against the objectives of protecting more lives. Please take note.

The hospital management did a poor job for changing the system by limiting the number of patients per day. Already give in to weekday appointment, having to sacrifice my leaves and now had to reschedule due to emergency work matters, I was not allowed to do so. Also, counter B registration is also extremely slow vs counter A. My doctor is the best doctor I've seen but the hospital system sucks.

Its okay hospital i like my doctor here..i just don't like their queue system..i thought it was first come queue first serve but its not.. you have to write down your name first then queuing.what's the point of their paper board saying " start queuing at 7:30 if you didn't follow? They havent say also on the window that you have to write your name on the paper below.I'm a new patient and every time i come i just queue doesn't done any name writing before, that's why when the window open i just queue but then one of the girl complain why I'm queuing ahead of them. As i know i stand queue first. And now they put my # on the list i write my name its too late already.. i come early also so i finish early but its happen to me I'm so disappointed.. Hoping they will change their queuing system not really helpful. Thank you...

Came here for cupping and acupunture to heal a calf sports related injury. Very clean. professional staff. Best of all the price is right. Why go to a Pantai or KLSMC and let Shylock gauge a pound of your flesh when you can get better attention, service and most importantly healing, here?

Parking here is a huge problem. Rounded for more than 1 hour and missed my appt. Then nurses at specialist registration counter chit chat a lot while all patients wait for long time. But the ENT doc is superb.

So far I have no issue with this hospital. I experienced with them for more than 30 years since im kid. Today my wife & kids also consult doctors & physicians at this hospital. I'm thank you & giving a thumb up & like to Dr. Ng Kwee Boon for his patience & careful during 3 of my kids he delivered. Dr. Ng assistant nurse May really commit to her job. Another thumb up for nurse May. The nurses at the nursery ward are very dedicated to their duty. Very appreciate & thank you to Dr. Yap Boon Hung. My dad, mom, brother & myself been consulting him long time from his handsome day to mature looks today. Dr. Yap is a very good physician & seriuos dedicate on his profession. On another side of him also a jovial person. Tung Shin Hospital have a well experience administrator team. Manage the hospital in good manner & well reputable. This good deed of job must carry on. Never let some bad apple to spoilt the image of the hospital & Drs. Rules & regulations must be follow by time to time. God bless all the staff & Drs in Tung Shin Hospital.

The health screening process is a mess. Confusing. Different package of health screening located at different floor. Receptionist direct you to the wrong floor without asking into detail. Then you waited for hours for long dept. Then you proceed to the correct dept and start to queue all over again! Please review the current process to stay competitive.

How do I get in touch with your customer care or complaint department? My mom is warded in your hospital for a hip bone replacement since Friday last week. I have to work and can only visit after office hours. For the last couple of times when i visited my mom 1) She was given meds with no water and she is not able to move to get herself any, end up the other visitors had to help her or her meds are not taken till i am there 2) It takes at least 30 mins after ringing the bell for nurses to come and change her. She is already developing a stage 1 bed sore after 5 days in your hospital! How can Tung Shin management assist us? She is warded in Ward 702A.
