Just went to see a friend who was admitted. The information counter staff was very helpful in giving me the room number and even guided me to my friends room. Thanks for the effort and keep up the good work.

Doctors are good but in terms of services, those nurses' servicing need to upgrade a bit to their customers/patients. E.g. Admission / discharge counters should all the time to standby the personnel at its division place. Including the lunch hour. Front desk people and nurses need to be work more efficiency and prompt to deliver a good service to the patients. As I found that TMC nurses are always let patients to wait for so Long in wad, and also the difference of front desk sections.
