This hotel is one of the best we stayed in while traveling in Malaysia.Rooms are incredibly comfortable, and clean.Staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful.The Breakfast menu has so much variety you could stay for a week and not be able to sample all the different food.Our next trip to Kuala Lampur we wouldn't even bother looking for anywhere else.

My friend and his family (couple with 4 teenager children) stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on 13 to 14th Dec 2009. They booked the 2 bedroom serviced apartment. What a pleasant surprise when we first walked into the room, very spacious with good lighting and elegant. We have asked for 2 extra bed and they were ready in the rooms when we checked in. The bathroom in the master bedroom is huge and the living room is great for the family and me to sit around and chat. All the requests were dealt with promptly. The location of the hotel is excellent with a short walk to both the Bukit Bintang area and also the KLCC. There is actually a shortcut to Bukit Bintang through a small alley behind the Chulan Square. The breakfast is excellent too with wide selection of food. Services are generally very good and friendly. The only shortcoming is that maybe because it is still a new hotel, some of the shops/facilities are not yet ready or available. There is no clear sign to the swimming pool located on the 2nd floor. We left on the 3rd day and the hotel had kindly arranged for a coach to take us to our destination with minimal charge as there was no taxi available then. This is the first time I wrote a review on tripadvisor and it is mainly because of this excellent hotel. I have stayed in many good hotels in KL but I have to say this is probably one of the best I ever stayed in despite a lower room rate. The apartment is just excellent for a big group.'
