I rarely do reviews & recommendations in fb. But I must say. This is my favourite Spa & Massage go-to at home. Each time I visit Thai Odessey Holiday Villa Hotel for my regular massage, the experience & environment brings much joy & relaxation, from top-notch customer service at the front desk to the smiling masseurs & professional skilled massage therapy, consistent at every visit. At each visit, as a happy customer, I wondered to myself who is the brain, founder & Ceo of this group who has successfully build such high standards in this industry from the design, luxury settings of the environment, standardised procedures, staffs customer service & skillful therapists. Today, not only have I met him in person, he was the one who draw my name and handed me the grand prize. We had a chat after the party, I am impressed by this humble CEO who appreciates & kept thanking his great team, who displays hands-on customer service attitude which I believe this is a culture that models from the top right down to every staff level. Highly recommended to all my friends for a relaxing therapy. I wish them a great success in this IPO listing

Such a horrible experience. WE made an appointment for my wife to have a massage at 5.30pm. When my wife rached there , she was told the masseuse booked had been taken by someone else EVEN after our appointment was done at 2.30 pm. So unprofessional and unapologetic. They used to be good but noe the services have gone down the drain. My wife's appointment has been pushed to 6pm without consulting us. I won't be surprised if this place closes up soon. So disappointing.
