Such a horrible experience. WE made an appointment for my wife to have a massage at 5.30pm. When my wife rached there , she was told the masseuse booked had been taken by someone else EVEN after our appointment was done at 2.30 pm. So unprofessional and unapologetic. They used to be good but noe the services have gone down the drain. My wife's appointment has been pushed to 6pm without consulting us. I won't be surprised if this place closes up soon. So disappointing.

It was an awesome experience at your Bangsar Village outlet today. From the moment we checked in to the Spa, the receptionists Ana and Ellen welcomed us with warm hospitality and great anticipation. Our masseurs are both very courteous and service oriented. Masseur Pi Gea did for my 11 years old daughter (we agreed and signed on the indemnity form) and she was absolutely pleased with Pi Gea of her attentiveness. My masseur Pi Nuan skills was great, I have to say her acupressure point is one of the most accurate I have experienced so far. We loved the massage experience and will be back again!
