The lack of wifi other than in the Reading Room and in the business centre was rather inconvenient and the way they informed us appeared a matter of factly. Mosquitoe control can also be improved.
The service is excellent, employees are always courteous and helpful. The choice of swimming pool is brilliant, especially how they carefully divide the young family with children from the couples who just want to have a quiet and relaxing time. There has been a renovation ongoing however the work haven't been audible to us at all.
