I like sunway ice rink. However the ice police and professional skaters speed skating ...causing fear to others who are also skating at the ice rink. People stop or fall to avoid those who speed skating. Some people also skate in opposite direction which is causing danger to others.

Not bad. The only thing that pissed me off was the skinny malay staff wearing specs (skate collection section or whatever it is) It was my first time what do you expect everyone knows of getting around and the dos and donts/procedures you as a staff should guide your customer NICELY. He was so rude. I didnt ask for money or anything for free thou. I paid everything! FYI im a Tourist! Very bad first impression. Please hire better staff

I had a fun experience overall but I have one complaint, the rental skates(I'm talking about the blue one, I didn't try the black one). How do you rent it? You basically go up to the rental counter, they'll measure you're foot by length, and, not considering the shape of you're foot or anything else, give you the skates. Because the shape of you're foot is not a factor here, it gave me a sharp pain to the side of both of my feet throughout my time there. And it wasn't just me, my friends got it too. It got so bad, I had to stop skating every 10-15 mins to rest my feet. By the end, I'm not sure how to explain it, but my foot had a blister. One of my friend's feet were practically covered with marks. In conclusion, skating there is fun, it's just the rental skates that are uncomfortable. And also they have classes there, I've never had a class, but if I do, I'll probably update this.

The skates were blunt and I had to watch the terribly unfriendly and rude staff sharpen it for the next 10mins or so. Also, my strap on action camera wasn't allowed in the rink, all because you wanted to monopolize and monetize the photos?

The rink is so small with overcrowded skaters. The ice melt faster and skaters tend to fall a lot. Good view for a laugh and best fall award.

My son finally get to play ice skating yesterday and it's his 1st experience. He was pretty quick in getting use to it but of course with the help of Bobby for an hr. Apart from all this, he enjoyed himself and his friend too. Probably, the next time when we comes back again I'll try to get on my feet on the ice rink as well.
