Very inadequate post-purchase support. Never arrive on time to pick up for fixing. Continue working hard every day. Never purchase Osim. I've had three chairs with Osim now. Never taking customer service seriously. Extremly poor consumers services. Ron Sim Please make yourself awake. Examine the review column. loads of disgruntled clients. Please take action before losing market share.
