Perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. There are lots of fun activities at the kid's club with friendly staff. I would highly recommend for family vacations. Will be visiting again!

The service of this hotel is impeccable, the rooms are well spaced and so is the bathroom. From our perspective there are only 3 small things that 'dings' this hotel from 5 stars to 4. First, this is a large hotel and although there were not that many people here when we stayed, I can imagine that it could become a problem. Second, this is great for families with kids, great pools and other activities designed for kids, but we were looking for more of a couple place. Third, you can feel trapped, you only have limited dining options and they are not cheap   although the food was pretty good.

We also liked the Sanctuary for Orang Utans, where you can see the feeding of young one up close. Once they are older they will be transferred to Sepilok. Both are good options if you want to make sure you see the Orang Utans as they can be quite elusive in the wild depending on where you go afterwards.

Would we do back, probably not... we would likely seek something more exclusive as we have now seen the Orang Utans in the wild as well.
