When I first entered the place, I was like "Woah". The place looked like a skin care specialist office! Without taking even a minute, the receptionist ushered me and greeted me in before leading me into a room with a desktop, and then I knew what I was going to go through. A lady did a skin test for me and showed me my collagen level and skin condition and explain the recommended procedure before asking if I am good to go. When I said I was, they led to the facial room. The facial room was a neat room with everything in order. After changing and what not, I begin my facial treatment. The beautician was nice and will constantly update me on what she was going to apply or do next, and she would ask me a few questions about my eating and sleeping habit, as if trying to get to the bottom of my skin problem. Half way through, she told me to sit up and asked for my permission to take a picture of my skin. I can see where this is going, they're going to do a before and after shot as prove for any improvement on my skin, and they did.

i when for the treatment on last saturday ( from my email invitation )...the service was good the all the test and go trough the treatment but its not suit for my skin ..i told the beatician about it ..she keep saying it shouldn't be any problem ...and make me sign for the 3 more treatment for Rm.688 and make buy their product for Rm.300 ...b but its already 4 day now ..my face skin got few dots which painfull and my face skin itchy...i just talk to them for my refund on the Rm.688 treatment...they say cant be refund... i havent do the treatment yet ...y cant they refund it...i didnt ask compensation for what happen to my skin...just ask back my money which they make me to sign up for the 3 treatment will start only on Dec.2017...hope the management who read my comment will take action on this matter pls. tq
