1. Doctors are good. Well.. some of them don't even bother to check what his/her nurse give to them (medical record). One case, their nurse handed to him wrong Record. and I (ME) the one notify him.
2. Nurse. Some of them are okay. They need to be reminded / followup on the result of the test.
3. Facilities are not so impressive. There are a lot of things can be improved in the wards, for the sake of patient's comfort.
4. They procedure is terrible. No coordination between department and shift. One time my son go to x-ray, and at the same time other person ask my son to go for physio treatment.
This is the ONLY private hospital in Senawang. They are lucky.

Treatment and hospitality just ok. Car parking so horrible where quite difficult to park near to hospital. Rooms were small with a lot of sound intrusions.
