Well specialist consultancies Onsterocan & Gynaecologist - Dr. Kumar. Poor pharmarcy & payment counter process, SPACE Of movement of pharmarcy area... Bad experience to wait for refund & during discharge. Do consider patient to wait for long time on refund timing & return home timing. Waiting time from 12:30pm until 4:30pm just for discharge , while the billing are ready at 3:30pm- said ward nurse lead, but Keep waiting at cashier counter for refund, PIC not around for cash refund of amount less than 1k, totally screw up department during office hour, but when admit, single cents can't miss...

1. Lack of clear communication & orientation among nurse - Nobody came to remove the IV when my discharged process completed. I've to go and ask them should I go home with the IV, then only they remove. 2. Lack of professionalism & feeling unengaged in their care. Nurse didn't listen & took action on patient's feedback. Nurses were informed twice that the drip slow & just stopped but no action taken. It took almost 10 hours to drip in 150ml, didn't finish the whole bottle of 500ml. 3. Inconsistent daily meal delivery service time & food served cold. 4. Rusty old hospital bed & drawer, dissatisfying cleanliness rate. Do not meet the standards expected of a private hospital.

Very poor nursing services..compare to Kedah Medical Centre..PMC is still no where..far behind..the nurses made me doubts if i have made a right decision to get treatments here. Almost about to ask for discharge and get services somewhere else..but my rationale mind says just be patient..may be only nursing..Dato Lim and other Doctors..pls be alert your nurses only pretending to be so good when you are all around..they are actually your front liners..so do nothing if pmc wish not to be the first and the best..I m gonna tell my other family members friends n others..pmc nursing services are bad...and i may not be coming here again..

One of the worst service! Apart from difficulty of getting a parking space, their service is abysmal. Brought my kid for a check up, said result should be out in 3 days, and will notify once ready. A week passed, no call from them. Called up to check, the line being passed around ending up saying doctor not available. Call back again a week after, doctor on AL, but manage to find the patient name, and will pass the info to the nurse for follow up (calling me back to explain the result). Still waiting...

Notice board at the lift is not updated. For instance, notice mentioned promo for teeth cleaning for senior citizen is RM20 however when my mum going to pay after treatment, the casier said the Promo is over! It is RM60 now. I hope the PIC able to update it in order not to feed wrong info to the patient. Thanks.

Dr. Chan Jit Wooi , Dr. Anuar and Dr Suresh are few doctors that had treated me since my stay in PMC from 21-25 February 2015 and i found that they were good and experience doctors and highly recommended. However the support teams i.e. nurses are not well trained and experience. They dont seems to know their task. Worst, there seems to be lack of maintenance . Room wards and toilets were dirty. The senior management don't care on these areas.
