I went through a recommendation from my Optician. The staff are amazing, so friendly, polite and caring. Thought I was in a different country. Whoever teaches customer service there needs to be hired for all customer based companies in Malaysia. Their great sense of humour kept me relaxed. The tests I had to see what was wrong with my eye were thorough, efficient and I understood what was happening. A cataract is a minor problem as we age but even so it is what stops us from seeing correctly, driving ,doing our household chores and even working. I had one. My operation was booked for three days later. On arrival for my surgery yet again the lovely staff made me feel relaxed. Eventually I was taken upstairs, clean comfortable surroundings. By the time I was lead to the operation room I was nervous. But the staff were so great, one holding my hand as the Specialist explained all that he was doing. I panicked at one point but that is just nerves. There is NO pain at all. After a short while it was over and I was comfortably put in a room to recover. I love you all there, so sweet and caring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Today about 24 hours later I can see to write this clearly.
