I signed an exclusive deal with Ben, which basically means that he will be the sole agent that can sell my unit for me during an agreed period. Unfortunately he didn’t manage to sell my unit in the end, but he is a very professional real estate agent. He explains in detail of the exclusive deal and how it works, since that was the first time I deal with such arrangement. He also follows up and update me of the progress from time to time. The last I know, Benjamin was active in Empire Damansara area (end 2014), not sure if this is still the case.If you are interested in his service, you may need to call him up to find out.
