impolite insurance department staff-a lady staff -lazy to pick up calls besides her desk for 3 times while I sit in front of her when she is about to finish work and back home-a lady staff from insurance department -my mom's surgery bill remain unsolved for more than 1 hour even internally between the hospital 's billing department and the hospital 's insurance department -very friendly and polite doctor and nurses -some nurses are inefficient
