im from kl and i have been to kl service center its alot of fun rather than this service center in ipoh..in this service center they served only plain water, no light food, coffee machine, playground for kid and aec channel only?? why not hbo or all malaysian people can watch..and the staff name mani not welcome me and not even smile ?? and when i said need to check the problem of my car they ask me no need to do here go back kl to do it..omg at least try your best to check first la..really disappointed this place, this u served the customer after they bought 100-200k car? and i know ipoh people just silence but not kl people..pj and jalan ampang service center is the best learn la from them how to treat the customer..
