Worst! Branch ni memang problem!!

 

1. Nak cancel application untuk car loan, sebab guarantor kami duduk overseas, procedure dia leceh sikit. Tetiba officer bank call bagitau dah consult dengan guarantor, boleh proceed dengan application. Bila kami call guarantor untuk confirmation, guarantor cakap takde apa2 contact pun dari maybank. Boleh ke tipu macam ni? Tak telus langsung.

 

2. House loan punya case pulak, officer nak tak nak je explain. Bila di tanya, tak menjawab soalan. Mintak explanation, takde response, lambat. Service teruk, staff takda manner. Training takde ke diorang ni?

Staff Hanita Hajar from 1st floor office was very helpful indeed n patience to guide me step by step for first timer like me.

Processing good n amicably guidance services provide better than other branches May bank branch from Changloon & Alor Setar which these 2 branches really need to buck up thier services in term of friendliness n services offer.
