Worse hospitality by Manipal, inferior quality food to patients, in name of tea only sugar and water, not even a water bottle served though we are paying 9.3K a day. Scary place to be in. Most surprisingly things don't improve even after multiple complaints as the money is already paid!!

I was admitted to Manipal Hospitals following my injury which I sustained while playing basketball. I sustained a hamstring injury and was suffering from severe pain. Since I stayed close to the area, I was admitted to Manipal Hospitals at Old Airport Road. Though the initial response was lukewarm, after sometime the doctors prescribed some tests and carried out an MRI scan, which revealed a minor tear. After some sessions of physiotherapy and treatment, it started healing. Credit goes to Manipal Hospitals for having cured me in time and preventing it from worsening.

I took my son there to remove wax from his ears hardly even 3 to 4 mins in the doctors room. The removing of wax took hardly about 2 mins....Guess what it cost me RM560......do you think this is reasonable because i think this is cut throat! i will never go to this hospital again.

First we were told there's a room for my grandfather suffering a stroke that requires heavy attention. The moment we said we would like to explore other hospitals as your doctors said there isn't any ICU here the story changed. Other hospitals' ICU were full and now suddenly all your rooms were "full" too and we have to leave. Leaving a stroke patient stranded with no where to go.. After that you've transferred us to a hospital in Ampang with no neurologist just to get us out of the emergency room. Wow. Speak of coincidence.. And I thought hospitals were meant to help people and not take RM1k upfront deposit and leave people stranded at other hospitals. Whatever happened to medical ethics and integrity?

New hospital with a good service at icu but worst service at ward. On the first day the emergency nurse call bell was not working. Complain to 3 to 4 nurse and took them 2 days to call the maintenance guy. Maintenance guy couldn't get the bell repair. Finally after strict instruction to change room than only they did it. Some nurse are good and kind, some nurse are rude and annoying. If u press the emergency bell will take 3 or 4 bells for them to come to attend the patient although they are just sitting at front area. I dont mind them sleeping when there is no other work to do but when need assistant no one is quick enough to respond. It took almost 1 hour for them to bring the med to patient when patient is in terrible pain. Saw the nurse arranging all the inventory med which is not urgent before even bring the med to patient. 3 other nurse just sitting without help and one sleeping. If only the other nurses help in storing the inventory medicine, or delegate the other nurse to give the med, we wouldn't have waited for 1 hour. If this was one time case maybe we can understand, but repeat almost every single day. Not even sure whether anyone from the hospital will be checking or monitoring the nurses but seriously the ward service is the worst of all...

The parking is excellent. Very spacious and easily accessible to every floor and to the wards as well. And fortunately, it's free until end of August. Here's the worst... The food SUCKS. The sandwich at the cafeteria is DELICIOUS. But the food provided to patients can take away every appetite of eating it. The quality of the taste does not tally with the quality of the service. The taste is bad, and the service is good. The nurses and doctors are trained and good at their jobs. Happy to be cared by them. One guy made my day, and even is the reason I'm writing this review. I saw his name badge as DEEPAK. He brings joy to people. With his big long smile and a steady solid salute, when he sees anyone. And its late night, but he still carries his duty very well. I salute you Deepak, keep doing what you're re doing, and hopefully other guards follow your friendly charming ways! Hope your kindness and hardwork pays off.

The doctors are so caring, kind and frienldly. My grandmother was admitted here for some tretment and she was so happy with their friendly services especially from the nurses.
