Pada 1 Ogos 1985, kerajaan melakukan penswastaan ​​tanpa tender, menjual syarikat itu kepada ahli perniagaan Vincent Tan yang menggabungkannya dengan Berjaya Group.Hari ini, Sports Toto ialah anak syarikat milik penuh Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad (MYX: 1562), yang tersenarai dalam papan utama Bursa Malaysia.
