Linda Lim Siang Bee

Linda Lim Siang Bee is currently practising in Ghazi & Lim, Lebuh Farquhar. Her area of practice includes corporate and retail banking documentation, corporate advisory work and general conveyancing.

In her corporate advisory work, she has been involved in restructuring of companies, listing of companies, takeover and merger of companies, commercial agreements, cross border transactions, venture capital, private equity investments and joint ventures, both locally and abroad.

She also acts for multinational clients in corporate and commercial transactions.
