Wong Weng Yew

Wong Weng Yew is a lawyer since October 4,2007 currently practicing in Tay & Partners, Kuala Lumpur branch, Kuala Lumpur. 

Weng Yew practises in the area of corporate commercial and civil litigation, primarily in banking and insolvency covering the recovery of banking facilities and finances pertaining to both conventional banking and Islamic finance and enforcement of debt instruments.

Apart from advising financial institutions on complex recovery issues, Weng Yew has considerable experience appearing in all levels of the Malaysian court system and arbitration proceedings. He has represented a number of multinational corporations in a wide spectrum of litigation works including tortious matters for breach of fiduciary duties, conspiracy, negligence, breach of trust and defamation.
