Her forte lies in the areas of the law relating to banking and securities, land, mixed development, corporate and business law. Miss Siah has conducted in-house as well as external training programmes to financial institutions and development companies in the areas relating to her areas of work. Miss Siah is a strong advocate of animals rights and welfare. She is the secretary of Noah’s Ark Natural Animal Sanctuary, and is a life member of SPCA, Melaka. She helps to raise funds for her charities and volunteers her time on Saturdays to feed the animals at SPCA, Melaka and rehome animals. Recently, she was invited by AUO Sunpower Sdn Bhd., as part of their CSR programme, to conduct a talk on animal welfare. Miss Siah Li Mei was appointed as  Managing Partner on 1.2.2015.
