Upon being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, she joined our firm as a legal assistant practising in the field of retail banking, joint-venture, conveyancing and housing development. On behalf of clients, she recently completed the acquisition of Straits Meridian Hotel and the subsequent lease to a hotel operator. She also negotiated and executed the sub-lease from the owner of Perlabuhan Tanjong Pelepas. She is the team leader for the recently launched 300 million mixed development project called “The Shore@Melaka River”.
