Christina Kow Sow Choo

Head of Financial Services Practice Group. She has been a Partner since January 2001. She commenced her career in a litigation practice, and then worked in a public listed company as in-house legal counsel. Since joining Shearn Delamore & Co. in 1992, she has worked on domestic and international financings through conventional bank financings, structured finance transactions and capital market issues. She also has experience in debt restructuring. Her legal advisory practice includes giving advise in the areas of securities law, derivative transactions and unit trusts.
