i facing one issue, which is i'm as insurance agent want transfer my client from Sg.Buloh to Private Hs, He had an accident with bone fracture and admit 4days in SBH and the staff nurse ward 7B, Neurologist very2 rude, and one lady introduce her self as Dr.Sarah she's also not give full corporation for transfer my client. One of staff nurse ask me to just wait until they finish their job, i just ask them prepared the Discharge notes n such. But she's yelling at me, said "puan, saya ada kerja lagi penting nak kna buat, saya ada patient yg sedang tunggu utk di operate, mana lebih penting sekarang, kes puan atau pesakit dibawah?" and i was shock. Are they serious entertain relative patient like this? Then i said, never mind, just AOR my client and i need MC for my client too. They said, for MC also cannot provide since AOR. This the worse hospital staff i ever faced. Others Gov Hs also not like this 7B staff nurse.

Layanan yg diberi begitu memuaskan.dua hari saya jaga anak lepas operation.doktor2 dan nurse2 disitu memberi layanan yg terbaik. Cuma satu perkara je yg saya kurang puas hati, apabila ada follow up dgn doktor pakar.lambat, lama menunggu

Bagus dari segi layanan. Perkhidmatan profesional.

This hospital is a privilege to the citizens so there is not much to comment, but if toilet's maintenance be In better condition will definitely improve the image of a clean n hygienic hospital. The toilets are not up to the mark. The floors are wet with no proper locks for the cubicles. Hope to see the improvements in due course.

This is my 1st time admitted to govt hospital. Without GL, I'm staying at class 3 ward. Surprisingly comfortable, the nurses and doctors are very good so far and the food also not bad. However, since this hospital not equipped with some equipments and need to outsource at the expenses of patient, maybe can improve on the billing process for insurance purpose? Still here though...perhaps another review after discharge? Hope my pleasant experience here will last until i leave this hospital (soonest?)

Overall hospital nurses are really friendly and service is good too. However, one thing is quite unusual as any other places has air conditioned except for the labour hall. Over at the waiting area in front of the counter is still some air flow but the rooms are really warm. As a mother we know, being in the labour hall (not the labour room) is actually a place they placed all the complication case or the mothers who are waiting for labour. Its a place we struggle and fight for life with the pain and so on. If is also a place where mothers or mom-to-be will be there for up to 24hrs or more to wait for the availability of ward rooms. Being there for a night myself, I shared the experience with more than 15 moms-to-be sleeping in the warm room and waking full of sweats. Its really uncomfortable and was only managed to get a 1.5hours sleep that night. I really hope the management can look into this and fix the air condition in the rooms. Its important to let these women rest well and feel calm before the big event, bringing a life to the world by risking their own!
