I'm sorry but the service is really really bad. I've been sick for 6 days but I only went to the hospital on the 6th day because I was super busy. Spend 1 hour just to go to the hospital. After I have registered at the emergency unit (because I came at 9pm) I have to wait for another 3 hours and I have to wait another 1 hour just to wait for my number (at that moment the person who has the number before me is in the doctor's room). Not only that, there is this very old lady who has been waiting for her turn for almost 4 hours and can barely breath and also a guy who just met with an accident who his body is covered with wound and still have to wait for hours. Shouldn't these people supposed to be send to the semi/criticial unit? Okay if I have to wait long because my case is not that serious fine I get it. But how could you let these sick and helpless people wait very long? Dalam piagam pelanggan cakap mengutamakan warga emas dan kes critical but that is not what I see.

Service good & fast at registration counters. At Pharmacy kinda slow. At least half hr waiting for meds. Waiting to see doctors take sometime of waiting. Parking area shud be improve. The hosp has a big carpark but they cud upgrade to multi-levels parking. Dont mind paying RM2 per entry as long as can get a space to park. Rank & File staff & Trainee doctors shud park at the ERL carpark & take the shuttle van. Unless they work evening or nite shifts then they can use the carpark at the hosp.ground. Mornings are peak time. Ppl parking all over main roads & getting summons too. Pls make it easy for us regular patients. TQs.
