waiting time is too long. nurse is unprofessional, some of the nurse didn't even know how to help patient to take blood. attitude of the nurse is rude, you went to emergency also no one will entertaint you. no one at the registration place of emergency room. all you need to do is wait and wait and wait. the doctor and nurse will be sitting inside emergency room chit chat and have their tea time.

Not suggested. Waiting time is too long. Even you go to emergency department, you will need to wait for hours just manage to register your name. After registered, wait for another one hour before your name been called. Nurse is also not friendly and not well trained. They will show face to you and shout at you that how busy they are. They doesn't have the knowledge of how to help patient to take their blood test. Doctors are lazy. They will only sit at there chit chat with the nurse and having their tea time. Overall is bad, bad service, bad attitude.

Waiting time is too long. Even if you went to emergency department, you also have to wait for around one hour then only someone will help you register and wait again for another hour to meet the doctor. If you are very sick, don't waste your time at here.

Emergency room is always full of patient. No one there to help patient to register. Patient need to wait at least 2 hour to be treat. Reject those people that without insurance card.

Nurse are rude, can't even ask them question, because when you ask, you will get scold. Never quarantine infectious disease patient or force them to put on their mask. Worst service ever. If you don't wish to die, don't go to KPJ JB.

Poor service!! Slow and unprofessional!! Went to emergency department at 10pm, there were no staff at the registration counter. When walk into the emergency room, been chase out by the nurse. Some of the patient is suffering and lying on the chair but non of the nurse care about it. After went into the emergency room for blood test, found out the nurse and doctors are relaxing,chit chatting and eating instead of treating patient. They didn't even read at patient previous report before asking those *inappropriate words* question such as " why are you here?" Nurse are unprofessional, can't even manage to find the vein before poke the needle into patient hand!! Poke for 3 times not even one time success to take the blood. KPJ kajang nurse are more profession than kpj johor!! This is the worst hospital I ever visit, will never back here again!!

KPJ Johor Specialist has a very good staff and doctors who recently took care of my mother and to all staff members at Level 5, 6 and Icu..your efforts are deeply appreciated. 

However I'm sorry to say KPJ you've got have a better discharge procedure. No patient should be waiting one whole day for their insurance to be processed. All this has to be done systematically prior knowing their about to be discharged. The insurance company and KPJ has to have a proper management on this matter. Reasons that you have only one fax machine, or no response from the insurance company is unacceptable.

We hope this matter can be looked at as soon as.
