Future Fitness Gym was established on 24 / June / 2013 and owned by Mr Noramzar Abd Ghani (former MR Kedah and KL body building champion) & Mr Azmir Mat Saleh(Personal trainer and Athlete Manager), it was founded to serve the health and fitness towards the local community as well as creating a generation aware of their health and fitness.

Pros: Really good in correcting movement, really knowledgeable(has taken many types of supplement and through his experience know what works and what doesnt) , has 16 inch biceps to prove that he knows what is he doing and best of all friendly and funny! Cons: Not really proficient in English, but as long as you know simple bahasa melayu that will do fine. If dont understand must ask, cant expect him to tell u everything.
