Absolutely amazing! My friend and I stayed here in early June and loved it. The level of service you receive at a four season resort is just at a whole other level and this four season is not exception. Nothing was too my trouble for the staff in Langkawi, every request was promptly actioned. In the beginning we were put into a room closer to the family pool. A few nights into our stay a baby moved in next door. After being woken multiple times that night I went to reception to request to be moved. They found a room for us over near the adults pool instantly and moved our belongings while we were out for the day. I really appreciated there assistance with this! No one wants to be woken up by a baby that isn't even yours! Additionally the rooms were huge! We had a lower pavilion room that has large bed area, bathroom with double sink walk in robe and massive outdoor shower and spa. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for! Bathroom also provides lots of things, the usual shampoo conditioner etc which were all top grade. The amenities at the hotel are amazing and there are lots of activities you can do thru the hotel. If you stay here you must to the mangroves tour organise at the geo centre. It was the highlight of my trip to Malaysia seeing so many animals in their natural habitat (sometimes a zoo just doesn't cut it) our guide was fabulous and had so much knowledge of the mangroves and more broadly Langkawi island. All in all a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! I will be staying here again! Thank you 4S for an experience I'll never forget.

Sea water was restricted as some purple jelly fish appeared. Breakfast buffet was very average and little. two free wifi devices is not enough as everyone got smart phones and at least one laptop. Villa is larger than city hotels Malaysian restaurant is excellent and Great food, Buggy Service is free and really good Friendly Staff In Villa dining was good and service was excellent Mangrove tour was great and the Guide Peter was really good
