EnerZ Indoor Extreme Park

Aliff the person who handled my 9 year old daughter's party booking was very courteous & approachable at all times from the time we made enquiries which was about 2 weeks before the party right up to the day of the party yesterday. The party hosts assigned to us on the day of the party Nasrul & Jasa were good with kids. We had one child who was prone to nose bleed, Nasrul followed the child closely throughout the 2 hour playtime. My only grouse was the guy handling the rock climbing wasn't very kid friendly & did not bother to show the kids how best to approach the rock climbing. Party room was nice, food was good, we did our own decoration but at anytime we needed assistance Aliff was around to assist. The cotton candy could be improved though the guy handling the machine didn't do a very good job making the cotton candy so we didn't really get value for our money as the kids only ate once. Otherwise kids love the place, lots of different activities for them to do & they especially love the obstacle course, my daughter even extended another hour to jump on the trampolines after her party. We were there from 11am to 5pm! My daughter said it was her best party ever

Have been there a few times. It is spacious and there are a variety of activities to choose from. I have one comment though, the music is too loud especially at the Foam Pit and Dodge Ball areas. We had to shout at each other so that we could hear each other. We love music but don't think loud music (too loud) is necessary. Other than that the place is fun.
