Dr Sanjay is a very very good doctor. However I was “ chased” by his nurse, who claimed that already working for more than 18 years..
My two children vaccination appointment supposed to be 13 Jan, but before the Jan appointment a lady from Dr Sanjay clinic called and postponed the date to 9Feb afternoon, I was fine with the date, just my kids will need to skill their kindergarten fee hours.
When I just arrived the counter of Dr Sanjay clinic around 145pm today ( 9th Feb 2023), the lady who has worked more than 18years asked in a very rude manner: what are u doing here?! No clinic!
I was like… WHAT THE H!!!
She keep denying that not her called me, and asked me showed the number that called me? Oh really need someone to teach me how to search back a call for almost one month ago.. so I asked her back who called then since she working for Dr Sanjay so long…
I don mind u tell me Dr not around for every thurs afternoon coz I don memorize the schedule and I just followed what the lady who called me changing my appointment for the date and time, but definitely not in a rude way… and now she has chased me to Dr Angelina.. I am fine as long as is a good doctor…
