I would say when I was diagnosed with rumination of thoughts (OCD) and mild depression, I was down under the deepest blackhole in my life. I was clueless what happened to my mind . I couldn’t control the bad thoughts that keep circling inside my mind. But alhamdulillah, Allah had sent me a person that introduced me with Dr Ku in Metro. Off I went and consult him with my husband, Dr was very attentive and patiently listened to my issues. He prescribed me with a few meds. Alhamdulillah, I am currently still going strong with Allah’s will and with the help of medications from Dr Ku. I would definitely recommend him to everyone who is battling with mental health issues. Do not keep it to yourself. Seek for professional help. InsyaAllah you are strong enough for God to give you this hurdles. You are the chosen ones. Keep fighting until you see the light at the end of the tunnel .
