Dr. Eugene Leong Weng Kong

Dr. Eugene has lots of patients. He is also a lecturer at UM and holds clinics at both UMMC and UMSC. Even though he earns more from UMSC patients because it is private, he cares for his UMMC patients the same way he does for his UMSC patients.

I agree. Dr. Eugene's priority is not money but his patients' well-being. If you need to have surgery that will be very expensive, he does not mind transferring you to UMMC from UMSC so that you will not have to pay that much.
